Giuseppe’s Restaurant, a well-known restaurant and bar, relocated to the historical Sinsheimer Building in downtown San Luis Obispo. TEN OVER STUDIO designed the new 2,800 SF restaurant to include a dining room, kitchen, bar, and express deli on the first floor of the building. A courtyard provides outdoor dining. Space across the courtyard includes a banquet dining room with wine cellar and storage in the basement below. An administrative office occupies the second floor of the building.
