The Junction

The Junction is a new three-story, 69-unit multi family housing building in San Luis Obispo. TEN OVER STUDIO was hired to permit and design the interior spaces of this new complex. This development is located in the historic railroad district in downtown San Luis Obispo. Interior finishes and details were chosen to pay homage to the historic significance of its surroundings while curating spaces of comfort. Industrial detailing, natural materials, and modern finishes create an ideal central coast haven.

The first floor houses a commercial shell and common areas which include a lobby, covered patio, study lounge, and pool deck. The second and third floors house a gym, market-rate studios, and one-bedroom apartment suites. The interior design of the common areas, suites, graphic artwork, and way-finding solutions were developed by Ten Over Studio’s Interior design team.
