The JCC Federation of San Luis Obispo campus on Laureate Lane is home to their Temple and associated buildings, as well as outdoor areas for ongoing programs and activities.

TEN OVER STUDIO was hired to design landscape improvements, including a new outdoor pavilion, stage, and theater seating for 75-100 persons. Hardscape design improvements include entry signage, a banner wall, colored concrete seat walls, and shade sails. The landscape design includes pathway, circulation design, lighting design, irrigation design, and positive drainage.

The design and positioning of the outdoor theater takes full advantage of the beautiful backdrop of Bishops Peak. An olive orchard was re-established in the design to provide educational opportunities in sustainable farming for the summer enrichemnt programs held on site.
