JULIA OBERHOFF
With a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture and a Master of Architecture from the University of California Berkeley, Julia has developed 15 years of experience in both disciplines and is now a registered Landscape Architect in CA. Here in the Central Coast, Julia applies her knowledge of these two practices in an area where the indoor/outdoor lifestyle is most celebrated.
Julia's understanding of architecture ensures her designs reflect the neighboring styles and site conditions; she imparts a sense of purpose and connection in her landscape and hardscape designs. Julia is known for her use of built structures, topography, planting design, and low impact development - spaces that support the health of our environment.
Julia was a key contributor to TEN OVER's Mission, Vision and Values initiative and is instrumental in the firm’s strategic planning efforts. Her strong leadership skills lend her the respect and confidence of coworkers, clients, consultants and contractors.
