This project envisions the development of a vibrant mixed-use complex on a vacant lot, featuring two new buildings designed to enhance the urban landscape. The first building will be a 3-story structure with a mezzanine, including ground floor commercial spaces and eight residential units above. Its historic design aims to integrate seamlessly into the neighborhood while offering dynamic street front activity.
The second building, also 3 stories, will provide commercial space on the ground floor and a single residential accessory dwelling unit (ADU) above, optimizing the use of space. Both buildings will be connected by an inviting exterior courtyard, designed for communal use and relaxation. The development will include ample parking to accommodate residents and visitors, ensuring convenience and supporting a lively, mixed-use environment that fosters community interaction and urban revitalization.
