MINT + CRAFT

Mint + Craft is a new deli restaurant and artisan grocery store on the first floor of the historic Sauer Bakery Building in downtown San Luis Obispo, which showcases the owners’ interpretation of a fast-casual café and mercantile celebrating all things handcrafted. At only 1,200 SF, the small space was maximized by TEN OVER designers to include a full commercial kitchen, grab-and-go deli cases, and plenty of indoor & and outdoor seating options, while allowing for customers to flow efficiently through the space.
