The Rooted at Simpson project embodies a mission to provide environmentally sustainable and permanently affordable homeownership opportunities for those who contribute to the fabric of the Central Oregon economy and community.

This incredible community on the West side of Bend will include forty goal net-zero homes, grouped in clusters across the approximately 3-acre site, and ranging in size from 1,100 SF for 2-bedrooms up to 1,300 SF for 3-bedrooms.

Community features include on-site vehicle parking, charging stations for electric bikes and vehicles, common areas within each cluster for social gatherings and space for children to play, raised bed gardens, and a central yard and pergola for the entire community to utilize.
