Upham mixed-use

Located at the boarders of the Historic Old Town and Railroad Districts, the Upham project pulls inspiration from traditional Spanish Style architecture prevalent in both neighborhoods.  The classic materials and textures will invoke a sense of familiarity to neighbors and locals, while the new development will provide ideal San Luis Obispo style living.

The Upham Mixed Use project combines a small commercial space, two detached single-family homes and an accessory dwelling unit (ADU).  The commercial space will front Upham St. creating a small space for community engagement while a short site wall will provide privacy from the more active public street.  The Landscape Design incorporates 5 existing California Redwoods while adding drought tolerant and low maintenance plantings.
