THE 2120

The 2120 is a new three-story mixed use project in downtown San Luis Obispo. The first floor will house commercial and retail spaces, while the second and third floors will house affordable studios, one, and two bedroom apartments. Tenants of the apartments and studios will have access to on site amenities such as lounge areas, a gym, an outdoor pool and courtyard.
