West Paso Robles Winery

This boutique winery design includes a winery facility, barrel storage, and tasting room that embodies an intimate visitor experience. The design programming takes into account the need for an annual production of up to 3000 cases and barrel storage that accommodates 200 barrels. The appointment-only tasting room includes an expansive patio and focuses on the indoor-outdoor experience and connection to the site. Proposed landscape improvements include incorporating site-specific and native plantings that seamlessly transition into captured views.

The tasting room also includes a private reserve tasting library. This space will offer high ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a welcoming yet sophisticated experience that Paso Robles wineries are known for.
